The film picks up the narrative threads established in the original movie. The story centers on Luke (played by Corey Sevier), a college student who remains deeply traumatized by his previous encounters with beautiful but deadly extraterrestrial organisms. These creatures masquerade as gorgeous young women to seduce male humans, using them exclusively for mating purposes to save their dying species from extinction. Unfortunately for the human hosts, the mating process ends in a lethal, frozen death.

The first Decoys film starred Nicole Eggert and Richard Burgi, had a theatrical release in some markets, and became a minor cult hit.
