Resetting the counter via software does not change the physical pads. If they are saturated, you must replace the physical waste ink pads to avoid leaking ink inside the printer.
➡ Before resetting the counter, open the printer and check the waste ink sponge. If it is saturated, replace it or install an external waste ink tank.
