Sometimes drivers are hidden. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates to see if a specific Poly driver is waiting to be installed.
Windows 11 features tight security controls that block peripheral access by default. Often, a "driver issue" is actually a privacy block. Open (Win + I) and navigate to Privacy & security .
