When your printer cleans its heads or prints borderless photos, excess ink is collected in small pads at the bottom of the machine. The printer keeps a virtual count of this ink. When the printer estimates the pads are full, it stops functioning to prevent ink from leaking onto your desk.
Click the button. The software will read your printer's current page and percentage counts.
Use a screwdriver to remove the single screw securing the outer plastic cover. Carefully slide out the plastic waste ink tank.
The software will process for a moment and then display a message: "Please turn off the printer." Press the physical power button on your Epson L3252 to turn it off. Click on the computer screen. Turn the printer back on.
Your computer screen displays a message stating, "A printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson Support."
In the dropdown menu, choose L3250 (this firmware architecture covers the L3252).
