Stranded in the wilderness, the team's struggle begins immediately. After the crash, Coach Ben Scott (Steven Krueger) is gravely injured with a crushed leg. Equipment manager Misty Quigley, who has always been an outcast, steps up to expertly amputate the leg, securing her place in the new group hierarchy.
