If you are flashing a "Dead Phone", a prompt will appear on your screen with specific mechanical instructions: Disconnect the USB cable. Remove the battery. Re-insert the battery. Connect the USB cable. Briefly tap the phone's Power Button (do not hold it down). Click on the PC window.
